What to Expect
Next Wave Rebels - Level 4 is designed for swimmers (ages 6–12) who have successfully completed Level 3. At this level, participants already possess deep-water confidence, can tread water independently for 2 minutes, and can swim 25 yards of front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke with good technique.
First Time taking swim lessons with us?

What They'll Learn
Swimmers in Level 4 will focus on refining advanced strokes and building endurance. Through targeted drills and exercises, participants will fine-tune side breathing and high-elbow recovery for the front crawl while perfecting all four competitive strokes, including proper form for the butterfly.
Swimmers will also master open and flip turns for both front and back swimming. By the end of Level 4, the goal is for participants to swim 25 yards of each stroke legally, execute proper turns, complete a 100-yard Individual Medley (IM), and be fully prepared to join a competitive swim team!
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled class. We ask that you rinse off before entering the pool.
Cost: $90/ session (Session includes four 45-minute lessons. Must hold a current membership. This price does not include membership or parking fees.)
Dates: October 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29 (Every Tuesday & Thursday)
Time: 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm

All Children's Group Swim Lesson Participants must have a guardian who is a current SRWC member or a UNLV student. All Adult Group Swim Lesson Participants must have an SRWC Membership.
Memberships can be purchased at the front desk before the first lesson.
To access the facility, all members must have either a UNLV-issued Rebel Card or a Community Access Card. There is a one-time $20 fee for a Community Access Card. For more information, go to the Membership Options page at: https://www.unlv.edu/campusrec/membership
Parking is not included in our swim lesson fees. The most convenient parking is located in the Tropicana Parking Garage. This lot has signs to pay for parking via cell phone. There is also a free parking lot (lot S) about a 10-minute walk away. For other parking options, please visit UNLV parking website
