Learn how to lead climb and belay with Outdoor Adventures! Join us on the last Thursday of each month for a 3-hour crash course on lead climbing. This course will cover clipping, climbing, and belaying at our rock wall.

Ready to try something new? Join us for a beginner-friendly rock-climbing adventure that is close to home, designed for those with little to no climbing experience. Learn fundamental climbing techniques, safety skills, and equipment use while climbing on real rock under the guidance of experienced instructors. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, build confidence, or spend a day outdoors, this trip is a fun and supportive introduction to the sport of climbing. The trip includes equipment, instruction, transportation, and food.

Join Outdoor Adventures for an early morning trek to Cathedral Rock as we hike beneath towering Ponderosa pines and golden aspens, arriving just in time to watch the first light illuminate the surrounding peaks. This rewarding 2.8-mile round-trip hike features a steady climb through cool alpine scenery to one of southern Nevada's most iconic overlooks. From the summit of this massive limestone outcropping, you'll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Echo Cliffs, Kyle Canyon, and the majestic 11,916-foot Charleston Peak, all bathed in the colors of sunrise. Get ready for an exciting adventure at the Coral Pink Sand Dunes in Utah! Experience the thrill of sandboarding down towering dunes of warm, coral-colored sand that stretch across this stunning desert landscape. Begin with a scenic hike at Water Canyon, then head to the dunes for an afternoon of sandboarding and breathtaking views. Join us for an incredible three-day adventure as we explore the world-renowned Zion National Park! Over the course of the trip, we’ll hike some of Zion’s most iconic trails—including the Emerald Pools—as well as discover hidden gems and less-traveled routes within the park. Evenings will be spent around the campfire with warm food, s’mores, and plenty of time to connect with fellow students under the stars. Warm up this December with a desert adventure to one of the Southwest's most unique hidden gems! Join Outdoor Adventures as we explore the Arizona Hot Springs on a rewarding 6-mile round-trip hike through unique desert terrain and a breathtaking canyon.
